Shipping Policy


Local Delivery


-Deliveries will be made locally, and to surrounding areas with varying delivery rates, depending on distance. 

-No minimum order amount is required for delivery.

-Local customers can return products with ease as long as they fall under our terms to return (See Return Policy).

-We pride ourselves on having a delivery driver locally for surrounding areas in order to ensure timeliness, as well as offering direct communication for assistance and customer service.

-On occasion, orders may be treated on a case by case basis given items ordered, such as large furniture or bulk products, where arrangements for larger trucks and time slots need to be made.

-McCORD'S does not make deliveries and/or shipments to states outside of Indiana.



Return Policy

Return Instructions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unopened item for a refund (NOT including shipping costs) within the first 10 days following the date of your invoice. Items must be in original packaging & include all original contents.

The following may NOT be returned for a refund: Installed/Assembled furniture; food; beverages; pharmaceutical merchandise; used items; items missing original packaging; special order/made to order products.

A request for a Return Authorization *MUST* be submitted to us before any products are returned. We cannot accept returns that do not clearly display the Authorized Return Number we assign.
All returns and credits are subject to the following conditions:

  1. All claims for damages and shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt
  2. All products must be in resalable condition
  3. Any RA order older than 28 days and not returned with a valid Return Authorization will be considered void and thereby a zero credit issued.
  4. Returned items "no longer needed" are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of damaged goods, shortages or shipping errors.

Return Instructions
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA number is required for ALL returns) please contact us by email at returns@mccordssupply.com and include the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item number of the product(s) you wish to return
  3. How many of each product(s) you wish to return
  4. The reason for the return- short, damaged, no longer needed, etc.
  5. The condition of the item: opened or unopened
  • We will reply by email with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions for your return.
  • We do not accept returns at our customer service office. Please ship your return to the warehouse address included in our email reply.
  • We recommend shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. UPS & FedEx automatically provide this. Delivery confirmation from the Post Office is available for a fee if you ship by mail.
  • Affix a label to the outer box or packaging with the Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. DO NOT write on the product box or packaging as this will make your items non-returnable.
  • No returns of any kind can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
  • Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card account. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to McCORDS
  • McCORDS pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective.
  • Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 48 hours.
  • All returns/replacements after 30 days must be done directly through the manufacturer of the product. Since manufacturer’s warranties vary you will need to consult the warranty information included with your products.

Joining our mailing lists is optional and doing so will only result in your receiving mail directly from us.
